• To display your profile in leagues you join
• To process in-app purchases via Apple
• To show relevant watch parties near you (location is never stored)

Fanivo uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and storage. Privacy Policy
• Apple StoreKit — in-app purchases. Apple Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob — ads shown to free users only. Google Privacy Policy
• API-Football — live match data. No personal data is shared.

Your data is stored securely on Firebase servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Prediction history and league scores may be retained in anonymized form.

Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized ads in your iOS Settings under Privacy → Tracking.

Premium subscribers (Tournament Pass or Annual) see no ads.

Fanivo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent at any time

Fanivo is operated from Belgium. If you are located outside Belgium, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries where our service providers operate, including the United States. By using Fanivo you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of Fanivo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Watch parties and fan events listed on Fanivo are entirely fan-organized. Fanivo acts as a discovery platform only and does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for any event, host, or venue.

Host Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your event and the safety of attendees.
• Entry fees and payments are handled directly between host and attendees. Fanivo does not process or guarantee any payments.
• You must not misrepresent your event, location, or entry requirements.
• Only one active watch party per account is allowed at a time.

Attendee Safety

• Meet in public or well-known venues where possible.
• Tell someone where you are going.
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave.
• Verify payment details before transferring any money.

Reporting

Use the report button in the app to flag suspicious or fraudulent events. Fanivo reserves the right to remove events and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Liability

Fanivo bears no liability for any incidents, injuries, financial loss, or disputes arising from fan-organized events. Attendance is entirely at your own risk.
